You can’t optimize what isn’t measured
We measure our words, then measure their impact

Do you know where the path of your traffic funnel goes? Are you losing critical conversion along the way?

Our team will help you better understand where your traffic is coming from. Of course, understanding where your traffic comes from is only the first step towards guiding them towards conversion.

  • Smart retargeting techniques and tactics
  • Cross-device strategies that bring the right message to the appropriate channel
  • Promoted social and native advertising across top networks
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaign for demonstrated ROI
  • Social media and content marketing that appeals to the emotions of your customer

How We Work

Step #1: Identifying Your Target Market

You may already have an idea who you are targeting. Assumptions are good, but they aren’t always accurate. While we respect your assumptions, we will still test them, challenge them, and build on them to create a full buyer identity.

Step #2: A/B Testing

As we hone in on the “who” of your target market, we test. Sometimes, we find that the “who” or the “why” of your target market is completely different than originally thought. We thoroughly design, analyze, and optimize your site and messaging for you by using:

Fake doors: We love testing not yet currently available services or products on your website to understand what your clients want most. This is easily deduced by calculating the number of clicks on those fake doors.
Note: We’ll always have a message like “This page is currently under construction. Please include your email to be the first to know when this product/service is available.”

Ads & Messaging: We have a specialized team of discovery marketers who focus on ad messaging across all platforms: Google ads, in-app ads, Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads, and Twitter ads (and cards). While our fake doors help us understand what your current clients want, ad messaging and imagery helps us understand what your target market responds to best.

Layout: Layout is design-centric. We understand human behavior and style. We know what’s appealing to the eye, without overwhelming anyone with too much information, or too many choices. With every design step that we take, we always work with what resonates most with your audience based on measurable interaction.

Email: We estimate the average open rate in an email campaign to be about 20%, depending on the industry. We consistently average 30% and higher thanks to our use of snappy headlines that are heavily tailored to the audience they are being sent to.

Step #3: SEO

We’ve mastered the SEO eco-system by building out product pages, strong backlinks, original and useful content, and finally, a close selection of buffer sites. A typical client of ours usually has dozens of specific landing pages that all drive traffic back to their sites. Our Google page ranking is always high, and typically appears within the first page of search results for choice keywords after a reasonable time frame.
